pod_name_to_start_time
Gets the start time (in nanosecond unix time format) of a pod from its name.
Returns: TIME64NS
The start time (as an integer) for the Pod name passed in.
Arguments

| pod_name | STRING | The name of the Pod to get the start time for. |
Examples:
df.pod_start_time = px.pod_name_to_start_time(df.pod_name)
