service_name_to_namespace
Extracts the namespace from the service name. It expects the service name to come in the format<namespace>/<service_name>, otherwise it'll return an empty string.
Returns: STRING
The namespace of the service.
Arguments

Examples:
# df.service is `pl/kelvin`df.namespace = px.service_name_to_namespace(df.service) # "pl"
